1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Manifestation OS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Manifestation OS is a personal development and journaling application that provides tools for tracking goals, personal reflection, and habit building. The Service includes a manifestation list, shadow work journal, and evidence log. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Payment and Access

Access to the full Service requires a one-time payment of $97 USD. This grants you lifetime access to the Service as it exists and as it is updated over time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the Service, including journal entries, manifestation descriptions, and other personal data (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the privacy of your personal journaling data seriously and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Manifestation OS is a personal journaling and goal-tracking tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or financial guidance. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about outcomes related to your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts.
