What is Manifestation OS?
Manifestation OS is a personal practice system with three interconnected tools: a Manifestation List to define and track what you're calling in, a Shadow Work Journal to uncover and reframe limiting beliefs, and an Evidence Log to document daily synchronicities and aligned actions. Together they form a structured daily practice.
How do I get started after signing up?
After completing your purchase, you'll be guided through a short onboarding flow. You'll set up your first manifestation, write your first shadow work entry, and learn how to log evidence. The whole setup takes about 10 minutes.
What does 'lifetime access' mean?
Your $97 payment gives you permanent access to the Service — no monthly fees, no renewals. As long as Manifestation OS exists, your account is active. We intend to continue improving and adding features over time at no additional charge.
Can I use Manifestation OS on my phone?
Yes. The app is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. There is no native app to install — simply open your browser, go to the site, and log in. You can add it to your home screen for a native-like experience.
Manifestations
How many manifestations can I create?
There is no limit. You can create as many manifestations as you like, organized by category (Career, Financial, Relationships, Lifestyle, Health, Creative).
What are the status options and what do they mean?
Active — you are actively working toward this. Manifested — it has come into your reality. Evolved — your desire has shifted or grown into something different. Released — you have consciously let this go.
What is the 'Evidence It's Coming' field?
This field on the manifestation form is a free-text space to note synchronicities or early signs specific to that manifestation. It's separate from the daily Evidence Log, which is for general daily observations across all your manifestations.
Can I delete a manifestation?
Yes. Open the manifestation detail page and scroll to the bottom — you'll find a delete option there. Deletion is permanent, so you'll be asked to confirm before it's removed.
Shadow Work
What is shadow work?
Shadow work is the practice of examining the subconscious beliefs, patterns, and emotional blocks that may be preventing you from receiving what you want. The journal uses guided prompts to help you identify, explore, and begin to reframe these patterns.
Do I have to link shadow work entries to a manifestation?
Yes, each shadow work entry is linked to one of your manifestations. This helps you connect your inner work to specific areas of your practice. If you don't have a manifestation yet, create one first.
How often should I do shadow work?
There's no required frequency. Many people find value in weekly or bi-weekly sessions. The prompts are designed to surface different angles over time, so returning to the same prompt across different sessions can reveal new insights.
Can I use my own prompts instead of the suggested ones?
Absolutely. The prompt selector is optional — you can ignore the suggestions and write freely in the response field about whatever is present for you.
Evidence Log
What should I log as evidence?
Anything that feels like a sign, alignment, or forward movement: synchronicities you notice, aligned actions you took, conversations that opened doors, internal shifts in belief, or simply a feeling of positive momentum. There are no wrong answers.
What is the energy level rating?
Each evidence entry includes a 1–10 energy rating reflecting your overall energetic state that day. Over time this creates a record of your emotional momentum that you can review alongside your logged evidence.
Can I link one evidence entry to multiple manifestations?
Yes. When creating or editing an evidence entry, you can select one or more manifestations it relates to. A single synchronicity might be relevant to several areas of your practice.
How often should I log evidence?
Daily logging is encouraged and is the heart of the practice. Even a single sentence noting what you observed keeps your awareness tuned to alignment. The dashboard shows whether you've logged evidence today as a gentle reminder.
Account & Billing
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings (accessible from the menu at the top right). In the 'Change Email' section, enter your new email address and submit. You'll receive confirmation emails at both your old and new addresses. Click the link in the new address email to confirm the change.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you're having trouble accessing the Service or experiencing a technical issue, please contact us at hello@manifestationos.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase before deletion. Once deleted, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Technical
Which browsers are supported?
Manifestation OS works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure which maintains regular automated backups. In the event of a technical issue, we can restore from backup.
Can I export my data?
Data export functionality is on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you'd like a copy of your data, contact us at hello@manifestationos.com and we'll provide it in a readable format.
The app isn't loading correctly. What should I do?
First, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux). If that doesn't help, try clearing your browser cache or opening in a private/incognito window. If the issue persists, please contact us with details about your browser and what you're seeing.
